Step-by-Step Application Guide:

1. Surface Preparation (Crucial for Bonding)

1. Thoroughly wash and decontaminate the vehicle. Use CarPro Iron X and Tar X, followed by a clay bar treatment to ensure the paintwork is completely free of embedded contaminants.

2. For maximum gloss and coating durability, machine polish the paintwork using CarPro Essence or Reflect.

3. Wipe down the entire vehicle with CarPro Eraser (or a premium panel prep wipe) to completely remove any lingering polishing oils or fillers. Ensure the panels are completely cool and dry before moving to the next step.

2. Application Process

Note: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including a face mask and nitrile gloves during application.

• Wipe-On Method: Apply 10–12 drops of CQuartz Lite onto a microfiber applicator pad.

• Coverage: Work the product evenly into the surface one small section at a time (roughly 24" x 24" / 60cm x 60cm), ensuring complete, uniform coverage.

• Immediate Wipe-Off: CQuartz Lite does not need time to flash or cure on the surface. Wipe away any excess product immediately using a clean microfiber

• Inspection: Use a dedicated detailing light source to inspect your work carefully. Ensure there are no left-behind "high spots" (excess unlevelled product) or dark residues.

• Pro Tip: If you spot a missed high spot shortly after application, simply apply a few more drops of CQuartz Lite to that exact area and buff it clear immediately.

3. Post-Coating Curing & Aftercare

• Keep the vehicle completely dry and away from elements for at least 4 hours after application.

• If any water drops land on the paint during the first 48 hours, wipe them away immediately to prevent mineral water spotting.

• Recommended: Apply CarPro Reload 1 hour after completing the CQuartz Lite application to shield the fresh coating from water spots during its initial 48-hour curing window.
