Our Delivery Information

We do our very best to pick, pack and despatch all orders as quickly as we can.

Tracking Numbers: When your order is ready to send, we supply a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on its progress within the Royal Mail or DPD Local network.

For each order you place, you're able to select a safe place if your plans change and know you're not going to be available to take delivery. Please visit the Royal Mail or DPD website with your tracking number to make these changes.

Please note: Our Express service is not guaranteed. Usually parcels are delivered the next working day, however events outside of our control can affect the speed of delivery. Regrettably, postage refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the couriers we use.

For UK Mainland orders, we use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and DPD Local for courier deliveries. If you are local to our base in Aldershot, you can pick up directly from our premises. This option will be displayed at checkout if available to you.

For orders outside of Europe, an estimate of shipping costs and delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Simply enter your shipping address and our website will do the rest.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries: If your delivery is missing or damaged you must report it to us immediately.

If your order is missing, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. After this time we will be unable to help you.

Damages and leaks: We do our best to package your order as surely as possible. However, sometimes, items may arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please DO NOT discard the item until you have contacted us. Please take photos as evidence. Damaged and leaking items must be reported immediately. If you haven't contacted us within 7 days of delivery we're not able to assist you further. Please email: hello@countydetailingsupplies.co.uk with your photos, quoting your order number.

FREE UK Mainland carriage on orders £60+

Your order must be worth £60 or more, including VAT.

Our Free Delivery areas include UK Mainland - England, Scotland and Wales.

Our delivery services include DPD Local and Royal Mail Tracked 24. We have tracking and signature services included.

Please note: Some high-value items may not be eligible for free delivery. If this is the case, our free delivery option won't be available at checkout.

Standard UK Mainland Carriage: From £4.95

We use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and DPD Local for courier deliveries.

UK Mainland Express Carriage: From £7.95 or FREE on orders £60+

This option fast-tracks your order through our warehouse and we'll also send it using a next-working-day service. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Local. The order cut-off is 3:00PM Monday to Friday. Please note that Monday to Friday are classed as working days, therefore if you order on a Friday your item(s) will be delivered on the following Monday. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, with express carriage, this will be despatched on Monday for a delivery on Tuesday.

UK Mainland Saturday Delivery via DPD Local: From £9.95

If you need your order for the weekend, Saturday Delivery is also an option. Please order by 2:00PM on Friday (excluding public holidays).

Northern Ireland: FREE on orders over £100

This is a two-working-day service using either Royal Mail or DPD Local. The service used is dependant on the physical size and value of your order.

Highlands and Islands: FREE on orders over £125

As we're based in the Hampshire, these areas take slightly longer to deliver to. Our base rates are £7.95 for Royal Mail and £17.95 for DPD Local. However, if you can stretch to £125 or more we'll send your order for FREE.

International Deliveries:

We can deliver to all countries outside of Europe. We use FedEx for deliveries as we have found them to be the most reliable with the best tracking information for our customers. Delivery times are up to 7 days for other countries. Orders received before 11:30AM GMT Monday-Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 11:30AM GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next-working-day. UK Public Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday will affect dispatch times, orders will therefore be despatched the next-working-day.
